Refund Policy…Just In Case We Really Screwed Up

We are really really sure you are going to love ImpertoAI and the ability to amplify your brand…but stuff does happen. If we have a total melt down and fail to meet your expectations, we promise to say We Are Really Sorry and get a refund moving for you.

The ImpertoAI refund policy is straight forward and not full of legal speak.  To qualify for a full refund, you must need to go three-for-three and meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • You had to buy the subscription for us (Imperto.AI)
  • You need to request it within the first 14 days from date of starting the subscription
  • You must not have created more than 14 content postings

We really like to live indoors also, so if it is more than 14 days or you have created more than 14 postings, we won’t be able to process a refund.

 

Requesting a Refund

To get a refund going, send us an email at support@imperto.ai with the subject line “Need A Refund Fella’s”. In the email we need your customer ID and a quick note as to how we let you down. With everything in the brief note, we will get it handled quickly.

 

Refund Processing

Once approved, we’ll get your refund moving, with the amount credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
